Yoga incorporates postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, meditation, and relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness. It is a great personal retreat or cross-training for other classes.
For ages 11 and up, this class will allow individuals to move at their comfort level.
Participants may register for the full 30-week session or for 10-class cards. Single drop-in registration is not available.
