Creative Movement 3

Creative Movement 3 is great for dancers who may not be interested in a more formal technique class. Dancers further their understanding and exploration of the Elements of Dance (Body, Action, Space, Time, and Energy) through activities emphasizing improvisation, teamwork, partnering, and creativity. Come swing, roll, jump, express, create, and sweat while finding freedom and joy in dance.
