Yoga

Yoga incorporates postures, gentle movement sequences, breath work, meditation, and relaxation to support increased awareness and mindfulness. For ages 11 and up, this class will allow individuals to move at their comfort level. It is a great personal retreat or cross-training for other classes.
Participants may register for the full 30-week session or for 10-class cards. Single drop-in registration is not available. Please contact info@youngdance.org if interested in 10-Class Cards, and the option is not showing up.
