Teaching Artist

She/Her

Sarah Super is an educator, activist, and has been a yoga instructor since 2009. Her years of teaching yoga and working for social justice led her to study psychological trauma, the ways in which we hold our lived experiences in our bodies, and the ways our bodies can help us heal. Sarah’s professional experience also includes creating a non-profit through which she hosted community events, organized public demonstrations, advocated for policy changes, and helped create the nation’s first permanent memorial to survivors of sexual violence – located in Boom Island Park in Minneapolis.

Sarah facilitates empowering yoga sessions that honor your own experiences and inner wisdom by giving you invitations to sense your body and to practice making choices based on your own needs that day
