Kim Hansen joins the Young Dance Board of Directors with over 20 years of experience in Corporate & Community Relations, Fundraising, Coaching and Workshop Development working for numerous for-profit, non-profit and political organizations. Kim’s enthusiastic communication style helps to create fresh strategic approaches for organizational leadership. Top five Strength Finders’ skills include: Strategic, Empathy, Activator, Woo and Individualistic. Combining those skills help formulate Kim’s effective leadership style. Over her career, she has raised over $3M in revenue through traditional fundraising channels, creative campaigns, grant writing, event management, corporate sponsorships and individual solicitations. Kim’s love and experience with dance over the years provides an excellent creative outlet.
