Izabella Andor

She/Her

Izabella grew up as a competitive dancer, competing with a dance studio in her hometown and with her high school. She then attended the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. After college, Izabella began working for The Office of the Minnesota Attorney General as a consumer analyst doing mediation with Minnesota residents. Izabella decided that she wanted to continue her love and appreciation for dance. She decided to join the Young Dance board in 2024 to bring dance back into her life as an adult and support Young Dance’s important work to inspire our youth.
