Darrell Johnston, Esq., MFA, is an actor, musician, and attorney. He is an Artistic Director of the Denali Film Festival and produced various Off-Broadway projects. Some acting credits include various Shakespeare roles at the Folger Theatre in DC, television and commercial work, and he was featured in Dolly Parton’s world premiere of A Smoky Mountain Christmas Carol at the Ordway in St. Paul, MN. Darrell has instructed at UCLA, CalArts, University of South Carolina and regularly teaches at the Guthrie Theatre / University of Minnesota. His documentaries can be seen on public television as well as Oscar and Emmy-nominated websites. Darrell loves the work of Young Dance and is honored to support this organization.
