Madeline Strom

She/Her

Maddie Strom first joined the Young Dance community as a parent of two, exuberant young dancers in 2022. She immediately fell in love with the programming and culture of the school, and joined the Board of Directors in January 2023. Maddie brings almost ten years of financial and human resources experience to the role. Maddie has also served on the Board of Directors for the Depot Coffee House, a non-profit youth center, on the Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign, and regularly volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and Crescent Cove. Maddie is passionate about volunteerism and the positive impact it has on our communities, about disability inclusion, and about supporting spaces for youth to flourish and be celebrated for their whole selves. She spends most of her free time adventuring with her kids, but loves a good book, a good cup of tea, and a good conversation. Maddie is excited to be a part of Young Dance’s mission to transform lives through movement.
